★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is just an Average flyover and I don't usually expect much since it's purpose to me is limited but I have to say it doesn't hurt to introduce some improvement that why basically am recommending certain things that can be done to the state of the place in question.
Keeping it in a clean state doesn't hurt since it would make it more applaudable to ongoing passerby's and If a new paint job can be applied on the all surfaces since this can brighten up the day of countless pedestrians.
With these things done a five star rating would definitely keep coming
