★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my pre bridal services from Akura. The overall experience was just ok. Since there were several issues.
The person doing my manicure and pedicure used expiry date products.
The beautician ended up burning my inner elbow while waxing.
And the facial that they gave me was rich in Vitamin C that does not suit my dry and sensitive skin, I reminded them of the same multiple times but they still gave the same facial, hence it ended up leaving huge bumps of sensitivity on my face 2 days before my wedding.
And on complaining they blamed it on me saying "aap gore ho gaye ho facial se isliye neeche ki skin aisi dikh rahi hai and existing pimples rupture hue hain" which is so not true since I have always had a clear skin and also they did not have any solution to that whatsoever.
Even for the nail art and extensions they charged me a hefty amount around 1500 more than normal charges but due to time constraints I had to get my nails done from them.
So please check for prices before taking the nail service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was pathetic they ruined my wife's face, her eyebrows were distorted but the makup artist does not have any regret for the same, i escalated the matter to customer care executive but not sure if any action will be taken against her... please be aware.

I got my nail extensions done from here and surprisingly my nails came out with 15 days like they were not even done properly and whenever I used to ask the lady used to blame me only ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Post covid, this place is not worth going. For a pedicure for which they charged 500 bucks, they just cleaned the nails. On being pointed that no massage is done, staff curtly said this is how a pedicure is done. No nail polish applied, scrubber was rusted and blobs on hair around. Pathetic service and even more pathetic response on being told so.

DONT GO HERE I REPEAT DONT
I got my nail extensions on 3rd April by aarti
She had charged me ₹2000/- for french tip nails
And literally after 10 days
I repeat “10 DAYS”
The nails of my right hand are all gone
And after 4 days the left hand nails are also gone
And i got them because i had to attend my sister’s wedding and its her wedding today and i’m going with bare hands
When i texted aarti about my problem she just started giving me excuses and trust me i still regret that i should’ve gone to dlf instead of going here
A few friends of mine also got their nails done by aarti
And we all are highly dissatisfied and disappointed
The shape is not perfect
And finishing is worst
The amount we’re paying to her is not worth it
If we had to give aarti a rating for her work
For the level of professionalism and all
We all would give her 3/10
Now if we’re giving this rating then think the level of work we’re getting
And trust me i have to forcefully give them 1 star
Or else I won’t even give them a single star
