★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bhosdiwala Pradeep name ka ldka call pick ni krta usko maine 100+ calls krli but still he didn't call me back and i also do msg him on whats app and whats app calls but still he didn't reply me net is not working in whole day worst service in karampura please avoid excitel services in karampura new moti nagar etc please connect with AIRTEL Broadband this network is better than excitel #Pradeep Bhosdiwala

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst ISP I have ever experienced. The representative never picks up the call nor they call back. Almost every day the Internet services are down. Do not go for this service provider as this will be the biggest mistake. In this time, when you are comletely dependent upon ISP, especially this service provider has become the worst.
Rather, Airtel is still the best, although it charges a bit more than these worst class ISP's however, provides you the best in class services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service,do not opt for this operator of you want to do your work using internet connection peacefully
They won't pick your calls and after that for any issue they'll tell you to contact customer care and then customer care will tell you to contact them and even after that you'll have to visit their office physically to get the work done(connection restored in my case)
They will give you 10s of calls to get more expensive plan of their or fiber network but won't even treat you as a normal customer gets treated anywhere after that , they don't care about service , caring about CUSTOMERS is a far thing.
