Corporation water tank is still in construction phase & boring water arrangement is from adjoining project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst builder ever. If you don't believe me, talk to the residents on other Aarav projects behind this one. Lost quality construction. Builder promised amenities but delivered zero even after years. Builder uses lift from a local company called BE-Tech. Breaks down once a week and builder doesn't take responsibility. Expects people to pay maintenance even when there is no zero maintenance and all amenities are in a bad shape. Steer away from this scum and invest your money else where. If you want to verify the authenticity of this review, talk to residents from Aarav Sheraton and Aarav Florrista right behind this project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ fraud builder. takes money, doesnt deliver. very bad construction quality and maintenance. don't buy anything from aarav builder. you will regret a lot. builder takes maintenance but no maintain. even water builder doesnot provide. builder will not pay water tanker dues and tanker refuses to deliver water. lift breaks down but builder will not repair. you will have get it repaired on your own. dont buy or you will cry after buying. all postivie reviews are fake and paid reviews. whoever wants to buy from here, check condition of other aarav society.
edit : thank you for the response builder. i am one of those residents from aarva that you cheated and took money. instead of wasting time on google covering up your fraud, do justice to every rupee you took from people.
