★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday I went to ur Andheri branch and had a Very bad experience as their staff not helpful at all.I had met Ciraj who is ur employee at Andheri who made me sit for 2 hours and then says technician will talk to dr whose no I gave which till today did not happen Report not written properly by their technicians. Please be professional and b helpful to patient who r as it is hassled

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridiculous n third class service ….I was asked to wait for 1.30 mins for 5 mins X-ray…….they said they jus had one technician …..the staff is just giggling among themselves and least bother to attend the client …..

I visited Andheri Centre for my Mom Health checkup, one of the employee in centre name @Dhanashree Gawas helped me for all appointment scheduling & reports sharing as their was multiple tests, some was available in other centres. She kept her as single point of contact for me for getting all services. So I appreciate her work & want to highlight the same in feedback too.

But there is waiting period there here it is done the same day, very clean and hygienic place, great technicians, caring staff, please visit this place before checking with other scans it will save you a lot of money. Thank you Team for the wonderful experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place for MRI , CT scans and lots of health check-ups such as kidney , liver, thyroid, cardiac , cancer screening and many more tests.
Great knowledgeable staff and we'll behaved too. If you're planning to go for an MRI OR CT , try going in the night time after 8 pm for lower prices compared to day time. Also do call in advance as these tests take time and if there are lots of people there, you could spend hours waiting. You get your reports the next day . All Covid -19 safety regulations are followed too .
The machines are sanitized and cleaned after each test . Only problem is when you're lying on any of the MRI or CT scan machines the lights in the celining directly fall into your eyes which is very irritating, so be prepared.
I had gone for left knee MRI and CT and it took about 15 mins for each machine , so I was there for half an hour on the machines total and for my turn , I had to wait for about half an hour.

1. I have appointment at 11 am when i came here they said it’ll take 1 hours 30 min. It’s been almost 2 hours but I’m still outside and I’m here only.
2. They told me on phone 3500 rs for MRI (and I have shared the doctors prescription also on WhatsApp) but when i came here they said 4200 rs. I don’t know what’s the confusion.
3. Staffs are fighting between each other. One staff girl crying and left from the lab.
There’s no management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience was very good for me. I had to get two x-ray done and they charged only 250 per xray which is around 50% of what other reputed labs are looting. I went in afternoon and got the x-ray done and my reports were ready in just 3 hours and I was getting all the updates via SMS with the report also via their website. Superb
