★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 acre land..g+3..60 flats(15/floor). Each flat seperated by 8ft, so no common wall. Gym,Swimming Pool, clubhouse n indoor play room wil come in G+basement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aashrayaa Citadel is an excellent apartment with good and well maintained amenities. Security is reliable. Landscape is awesome. People are friendly, cultured and are like one of big family. Have stayed here for 1 years and everything was friendly atmosphere here thanks to aashrayaa citadel nice apartment with good quality near to itpl whitefield nice atmosphere nice environment without pollution happy to stay here

Spacious rooms
Near to Kadugudi upcoming metro station
Near to ITPL, Whitefield
Spacing parking lot.
Surrounded by shops, ATMs, workshops, clinics, etc. etc.
Cons
Amenities like STP, not completed.
Many unsold flats though families living past 2 years
Price appeared at higher side
Two lifts in the middle which may difficult to access by all equally.
Not RERA approved project (may be, comes "under going" project category, though not sure)
Construction quality isn't great (saw many holes on the wall and ceiling)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Construction quality looks good. 100% Vastu. Ventilation is good. 8ft gap maintained between walls.. Progress in Amenities work is little slow.. Calm and peaceful location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's worse in all perspective. I have been staying staying here for past 8 months.While selling the flat builder had promised that all amenities will be done in 6 months. But still it has not started.no swimming pool, children's park, walking lane around the building has been done.No auto generator is there.Once the power is gone automated generator is not turned on.You have to call each sales executive and if they wish then only they will turn on the generator.Even though you have paid for the maintenance you can't do anything and you will never receive this basic things. Between 2 lifts 1 lift won't work very frequently. Electricity wiring on each flat is so worse.Floor Tiles are not fitted properly.
All builder people are so reluctant and lazy that they won't progress on anything. Somehow they are trying to fool people and sell the flats and handover it to association.It seems like even though we have bought the flat but they behave like we are tenants. If you wish suffer by paying money you can buy here.
