★ ★ ★ ★ ★ clean n good society.. CCTV, garden, gym, N other amenities are there. 2 lift, thermal scanner, sanitizer stand available at gate. Nearby areas n places makes living worthy in this society. East sunrise view n in West sunset view with mountain n open plot makes a beautiful scenery

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Society residents (all owners) don’t treat tenants respectfully & equally. They consider all tenants are aliens. They consider that tenants are poor species. Also there is big problem of parking since flats are 90 & parkings are only around 70. Privacy breaching because all walls are common to neighbouring flats. No visiter parking at all. I do not recommend this society for tenants.
