The construction quality, amenities, co-operation of the sales people (Milind and team) from booking to handover is really good. Complete transparency is maintained with regards to progress, documentation etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My home buying experience was simply amazing. Right from my first meeting with the Metropolis team led by Mr Milind till it was handed over to me today. They were transparent about all the things. Never did I find any kind of discrepancies. The hand over was done before schedule and on date time that we mutualy agreed post obtaining OC. They have delivered all promises.
Construction quality is good.
During the hand over, Mr Milind was so excited and happy along with us. Didn't feel that he was handing over but was part of us. He asked multiple times if everything was good, any issues etc. Hats off to him and his team. They really ensure that everything is handled as if its their own.
Definitely recommend this builder to my friends, family, colleagues.
Overall wonderful experience.

Finally I booked my home in Metropolis, reason being is very nice and genuine reviews from locals and family friends. Construction quality is good, everything is on walking distance from the project location hotels, market, hospital, vegetable market etc. Very helpful, supportive and well mannered staff, especially Milind is very helpful and genuine guy, always answers ur calls, keeps updated on the progress on the project.

The support that we received from the team, Mr. Milind, Dilip, Shrutika and everyone else from the day of booking till possession and even now after possession is really appreciated. A big THANK YOU to all of them for making this entire process so much simpler for us. I had Never thought that home buying experience would be such a smooth thing.
Coming to the project, very satisfied with the quality of work, they’ve managed to keep every promise that was made at the time of booking.
Now looking forward to having a wonderful times at our new home.

But my house buying experience with Goodwill (Choice Group) was a good one! Right from booking till possession it was made easy.
The staff is cooperative and respectful, especially Mr. Milind. His prompt communication even during lockdown helped us track the progress of the project. These people take responsibility of small small things even post possession.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are a lot of emotions that come with buying a home. But when you finally do, it would feel like you have unlocked a life achievement on the game of life.
My home buying was amazing with Goodwill Metropolis team and a special thanks to Mr Milind for the service and support they provided till the flat was handed over to me.
They were transparent about all thing and I never found any issues. Also the handover was done before the scheduled date that was mutually agreed. They really ensure that the customer is satisfied at the end of day.
The building construction is good having reasonable sizes flats, good parking space and it is at a very good location with all essential at a walking distance .
Over all a wonderful experience ☺️
