β β β β β Awsome place with many facilities of equipments for numerous sports. This is the first time I have seen mainly focus on Functional trainings for who are for serious about their goals for sports person, building strength, Wall climbing, cross training, etc.
Overall good for professional person.

β β β β β Undoubtedly the BEST place to train in Bangalore, if you are serious about fitness and want to understand the A-Z of what your body is getting into and what it's capable of.
1. All the trainers have incredible knowledge and technique on innumerable forms, anatomy, structure. They pay individual attention to clients even in a group session. Instructions are given with incredible theoretical knowledge about anatomy and corrections. There wouldn't be a single time you'd leave the gym with an injury or a sprain because you will know what you are doing.
2. There is an in depth analysis on your body anatomy known as the assessment once you join the sessions. They invest all their time and efforts in explaining how our muscles and joints work individually and what we'd have to work in in the future sessions to come.
3. It's not just a place to train, it's a place to learn. The knowledge of fitness obtained here is probably far higher than any gym that provides merely workout instructions.
Highly satisfied and couldn't be better if you ask me personally.

β β β β β I have been a member of AoS for the last 1 month and I really enjoy the strength and mobility workout including animal flow(my favorite), functional training and yoga. They give personal attention even in group class and make sure you get your form right to avoid any injuries.
I have been regular here because the workouts are fun, different and challenging.
A big shout out to the all the coaches for doing such a great job. I really appreciate that they go out of their way to help each of the members achieve their individual goals.

β β β β β One of the best functional fitness centers in town run by some of the most awesome coaches that you can find in the country - Dev, Suhail, Umar, Naim. The focus is not only on fitness but also recovery, ergo yoga, and animal flow sessions are straddled between sessions of functional training.
The facility has many OCR elements and is an elcetic mix, it's a great place to monkey around.
The coaches push you to do your best and know each mender's strength and weakness perfectly, so the amount of personalization that you get is unparalleled.
It's not all work and no play.

The group sessions are well planned. The main focus is on functional training. Every week you'll undergo corrective exercises to correct your body posture, full body mobility, strength and conditioning, and animal flow (usp of this place).
