★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a decent gym. Not a lot of equipments though. I prefer to do S&C, but them we don't have a lot of weights in the HIIT training area. Also, you cannot access all the activities with gum membership. f you want to do that, you will have to buy full house membership which seriously isn't worth the money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good for cross fitters. Not big on heavy weights for bodybuilding. Not crowded. Good if u like group classes or working out solo.
I'm more a solo workout person. So that's a thumbs up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic trainers, varied workouts - seven functional classes a day plus calisthenics, looping, MMA, strength and conditioning, yoga, dance, what's not to like? Loving the fitness community that's being built with treks, a 5k running club and cheat nights. The workouts are addictive and look forward to my workout every morning :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Barely any machines (saves money) or enough weights though they try to spin it in some other way - "we focus on calisthenics and body weight workouts". The few that are available will always be occupied after office hours.
Barely any trainers, the ones (or two) available are always busy doing personal training work for their clients instead of taking care of members or conducting group classes regularly/on time. The manager will make it seem like they are doing you a favour by getting hold one for you.
Air conditioners exist but the remotes are no where to be found, they will spin that in some way too.
Spread over 4 floors but It's basically just a lot of empty space where people come to work out by themselves.
Good at marketing and upselling themselves to potential clients.
A significantly cheaper cross fit gym in a tier two City has more facilities and higher quality equipment than this place (like rock climbing walls, stair climbers, modern machines, advanced ellipticals/treadmills, drinking fountains etc).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a 1 day trial . The center is very spacious spread across about 4 floors catering to various functional activities. Friendly & courteous staff . The weights section is smaller & has much fewer machines than your regular Gym but it's really enough for a great session of weight training. very well thought of space. The Reduced 1 star cos the monthly membership seems a bit higher than competition & 2ndly the cable machine seems to need some repair . Rest of the machines though are in perfect condition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of very small facilities of multi fit. The weight lifting section is just a disappointment. Definitely not worth the money. The functional and calisthenics floor is the only ones to join this gym for. The coaches here are really passionate about the sport and are driven. All in all only join this gym if you are focused and have a clear goal.
