I’d tried reaching a couple of times and the call was picked up by a lady who said she would call back considering she is in an “important meeting “ and didn’t bother to ! Absolutely disappointed! Was following their Instagram page very diligently but am taken aback by their callous attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited the store and spent a few hours in selecting the merchandise lady took down our numbers and promised a visit within 3 days it’s now been more than 8 days,no call no email no response store number does not work and it’s a huge disappointment ! Waste of precious time we spent !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Magari is a benchmark in poor customer service. No commitments are met, ever. More than 2 months of delay in production after taking advance. Then even during delivery, dates keep getting pushed. Their products might be decent, but with such poor customer service, it is a bad experience overall.

We had placed a order for a wardrobe
The site visit was done multiple times and they had suggested for shifting an electrical point to a different location
But when the final product arrived the electric point they wanted was as the original
Later for correcting this they took soo much time
We also later realised that the measurements taken and the final product was completely different
The drawer could not be opened because the sliding door was blocking it
A Wooden plank was not supported well and it fell off
Repeated complaints both on phone and personal visits have not borne any results
There response is pathetic
Only thing they do well is to be behind you till you make your complete payment
In spite of knowing the complaint when we visit the showroom they pretend has though they have not received any complaint
Poor service
Poor quality
Poor measurements
Poor carpentry
Hope no other person will face this problem
