★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best gym hands down in Indiranagar. The attention to detail and form given by the coaches is smashing. The workouts are fun and are scientifically programmed and periodized. There are scaled down versions of every exercise that the coaches provide and the workouts are a mix of strength, conditioning, isometric, unilateral and instability workouts. The coaches are ever ready to help an individual improve on particular weaknesses. Please do visit for a free trial class to get a good feel of an Outfit workout. Keep up the great work guys.

They have meticulous, planned workouts everyday, so much so , you would have worked out every muscle in your body by the end of the week . The coaches are extremely committed and there is a great sense of community at this place . Highly recommend it.

They push you with interesting mix of weights and conditioning format of training , improving both strength and stamina . Improvement in oneself in overall fitness is the only measurement of a box and they deliver on what they promise .

The instructors here help you personally if you are a beginner in working out and help you get your form right and push you to the limits you never imagined of!
