★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a resendential apartment. Just imagine yhe height of ceiling is like 7 feet maybe even lesser.
Me being 5.10 I could touch the ceiling raising my hand. Which means uou can not install a ceiling fan and are dependent on AC completely all the time.
Golf course is equal to lawn tennis court.
Building as a whole is suffocating no windows or open area anywhere.

Quiet place (for now as you may experience some rush in next 2 years)
Green place with Shaheed bhagat singh Park in locality
Great homes
But may cause a hole on your pocket if your budget is under 90 lacks(9 million)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful place, serene beauty and peaceful. I really love it.. Feel like staying in resort and tight security... 2 towers are in big which is very spacious and balcony area is quite big... U never gets bored and u r safe in that society. Love it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best properties of Noida . SEC 150 Seems little far right now but as I can seen soon it will become the hub of IT Companies . Property Is very luxurious and have good amenities . Swimming pool and club area is quite decent . Love the look of the apartment entrance . The built quality is very nice . Golf area is lil small through but ofcourse it's not made for professional golf players it's just for fun . Overall the property is very good and completely justify the price .
Note - Jio network is quite bad .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maintenance is high but not upto the mark, work in main area is going on for long. Issues with quality of material used. Many times common area water pipes gets damaged which itself shows quality used. Not a premium society as is claimed by Agents. I dont recommend investing in it.
