★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was going through my old reviews and found out that this place has changed its name and therefore deleted old reviews. So here's my review from a year and a half ago. Deleting reviews is truly degenerative and proves my point further. Don't get scammed here.
"Quite the scam they are running. Went in to get my acer laptop serviced and give it to then. The next day they tell me it's done but I find that the heating got worst. When I told them about it they pretty much refused to open the laptop again to let me check.
A few days later I got it fixed in another city and found out that these low-lives hadn't even cleaned the fans and applied the thermal very poorly.
At one point they even told me that laptops can "safely run till 120C". They are the absolute pinnacle of unintelligent life.
I highly recommend not going here even though they are listed as the "authorised dealer" Only god knows whatever that means.
When I contacted acer about this all they were was apologetic. They called me to ask for details but after promising to punish this behaviour and get back to me, they did not.
This story is exactly one month old."

I was guided well through each of the steps of placing a customer request through the Acer helpline, in addition to the post request repair procedures, hence ensuring customer satisfaction throughout. Owing only to their help, was I able to get my Acer Helios laptop back from a seemingly dead state. Especially relevant in these pandemic times is the option of availing at-home technician visitation. Highly recommended!
