Difficulty in reaching out.
Google location is incorrect.
Availability of part.
Finally found it at service centre after 4 months.
Repairing time - Very fast 10 minutes
Waiting time -
Before repair - 30minutes
After repair - 30 minutes for invoice generation
Finally left without Invoice and need to visit again to get invoice.

They did not do anything wrong wid me but with each nd evry customer they were behaving soo rudly ,, i recommend to better give your phone to some local shop rather than coming here for your work done , coz they also take forever to repair it!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally disgusting , Visited to get battery changed of samsung Tablet purchased from Samsung store ...
Totally refused to give the service .....they replied its worst product from company only company is responsible for the service we are not responsible for the service and parts at all ,(u can complaint on toll free no. Nothing will happen also .) They said .
I have owned 12 no. Of Tabs for our workshop purpose .....
But sorry ? to say will never purchase Samsung tablet and never want to recieve such type of Misbehave with customers .
Totally dissatisfied ,never recommend to visit samsung store and care & care service center allahabad .
Disdainfull place .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not good experience from this service centre. Here are more counters but less servicepersons are available to take care of customers. Service centre also take more time to service a moble, tab or any other gadget, if any part is not available then then they take 10-12 days to order that product.

The time told for repairing is half what it actually takes.
Customers having credit card ? have no option of paying. This service has no swiping machine where the payment could be made.
This is shameful.
