★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3rd class service and after sales support.. don't buy any vehicles from here. I have very bad experience specially from Gotri branch. I have visited 6 to 7 time for issue which I having in my Activa 6g not got a proper response from service team. Even I told them during service time but no resolution I had reported 5 issue during service time and not any single issue got fix and they just give my my Activa back in 15 min just change oil and wash that it not fix any issue.. so please guys be aware not go at Achieve honda..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience dealing with these people. While the sales work was fine, never opt for any of the in-house finance companies suggested by these folks as once the loan payment is complete, they dont even bother with any complaints raised by the customer about the in-house finance companies. I bought an activa from here and was given very good sales service here in Vadodara. I was suggested to go in for finance options by Achieve Honda from Fincred. I have completed paying the loan over 6 months ago and have been in touch with them since asking them to send the NoC to transfer the vehicle in my name. Pareshbhai, the officer from Fincred always comes up with excuses for not sending them. When I approached Achieve Honda regarding this, they point-blankly say its between you and the Fincred. Why suggest an in-house finance, if you are not going to follow up with it and expect the customer to go to Ahmedabad from Vadodara merely to collect an NoC. When I specifically told them that its the duty of the showroom to facilitate my convenience with this regard, they will follow it up as a favour to me, but not as their duty.

My activa 4g is under achive honda amc contract.
M recive one call from achive honda and one person is talk to me
My activa front suspension bush is not perfect need to replace cost is 1200
And when I check the bill and cross check the Bush and etc. Total cost is 274 +74 = 348
I ask abut money. All members are not responded properly and now my activa has new folts created by achive honda..
1 activa automatic go to left side
2 after 40kmpl speed. Handle is bubling
3 activa work with miss balance
Do not go achive honda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience from sales team. They commit the accessories installation and then makes you move in and around them. No accountability on their own words. It took nearly 2 months for them to arrange bike accessories and that too I could get only after asking them to refund my amount. They pick up your calls and give you a commitment like I will do it today or tomorrow and then no response. If you buy anything from them do not pay full amount until you get everything committed.

very bad cheater people ,
last year bought activa paying 95000 and billed 92000 , and asked to give accessories free , and also charged money for that, false people , and now calling them So they don't even reply, they are not returning the money, very bad experience of life, never buy from here or else you will waste like me.
I am calling since last 1 month but no showroom person is responding properly, all people keep on transferring each other's calls, neither is returning money, fraud dealer ship

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The problem which we faced was that their was no clear specifications on a given amt of charges.
We bought an activa just a month ago, amounting to Rs. 86851.
But when we received the invoice, we found a gap of Rs 2147 after including all the extra costs.
After a total of 2 rides to the office, and a strenous discussion we were given the excuse that this is the amt RTO agency charges. Though while buying we weren't informed anything abt it. And also, given that everything happens online now, how come you still have to pay these agency charges?
Though the amount is small, still a customer ought to know each and every detail. And I'm typing this so that every customer gets to know abt this.
Unfortunately, a bad experience.
"Sir I am extremely Sorry for that, but RTO charges and his service charges is some Around 2100 + RTO tax with pay from RTO department. But when I finfrom to customer booth charges at the time of purchase because service charges Pe Hamko GST pay karna padta hi or Jo RTO me tax pay karte hi ushke uper GST nahi lagh ta hai eshi liye vo Alghshe menstion karte hai."

Again, the salesperson had not informed us abt such a charge at the time of the deal.
But sir, first of all, if the amt is charged by govt then it should provide us the receipt.
In the receipt we received regarding the tax, their was nothing mentioned abt this GST amt. If we are paying it to the govt, then we need to have receipt from the govt. Coz i hv received msg regarding RTO tax of Rs 4030 and still when counted in the total, found it Rs 2147 short.
Sir, i hv also made purchases regarding such vehicles at my job. Haven't heard anything like it. Hv paid RTO taxes amting to more than Rs 2 lakhs, but there was no trace of any GST amt on it.
Sir, don't mind, but we are not satisfied with the justification. Do clear all such amts to customer at the time of deal.
