★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has been a terrible service from the act as I made the payment on 1st of June as the sales Executive told me within 5-7 working days it will be get installed. Till now installation not being done. Every day I call the customer care Everytime they tell with 24 hours it will be done and technician will call, till now nodoby called me for the installation. To take the connection Slaes executive named Shankar call me every day to take the connection now he is not picking the call at all. So kindly initiate the refund as you guys are not capable to give the connection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ACT broadband do not act fast at all.
Pathetic services...no technician calls back, no one visits even though 4/5 calls are made to the customer care.
They call the registered mobile number and then don't talk.. .immediately a message comes your complaint is closed.
Worst company...only customer care agents who are like Robots...no.proper answers given

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience pathetic service please don’t do the payment online before installation nobody will response you. After payment this will be your daily work to track them call customer care, drop email but still you will be not getting proper response no estimate time.
Not sure why ACT management is not working on this issue I see lot of client are having service issue and worst part is even after reaching customer issue is not getting resolved.
