★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service, senseless sales executive. Escaping while calling sales executive not even responding to messages. Grabbing money and escaping to resolve the issue. Fake offers and worthless executives. Unable to respond to customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have opt 6months plan in advance and installed 3 antenna router. Please dont go with ACT fibernet in Madhirawada,vizag. It is very worst internet service provider. I raised almost 10 complaints in june and july months for frequent disconnections and unstable internet issue, but the issue is still persists and many of the executives visited and closed the service request without any resolution. My sincere request is don't opt this service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes...it has the worst service ever .I paid for 6 months and is the biggest mistake of all time.
Internet disconnects every now and then ..I mustv made atleast 15calls in the last 5 months for internet not working.i ask them to call contact me with their supervisor so that I can cancel my connection .they say they willl call back but instead iv been waiting for the past 5 monthsv.
Wen I explain the problems the customer care service guy asks me to use professional language .and hangs up on me ..they said it won't repeat again but the internet goes off the very next day.
the on field service guys ask us not to raise tickets.
PLEASE DO NOT CONSIDER THIS INTERNET .I hope atleast few people who read this, consider this and shift over to another connection.
Like all the below reviews ..I am shifting over to JIO fibre ..
so long for ur unprofessionalism and inefficiency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst experience i am still going through. I made an advance one month payment along with installation charges. The technician calls after 3 days and asks me for feasibility rather than him coming and checking the area.
No response or call back from them after that, in spite of my repeated calls for service.
I should have never paid them advance in the first place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't trust this fibernet , worst in service no proper coordination between customer care and technicians for resolving problems it will take days to resolve for me I waited for 2 week lost patience and disconnect for disconnecting also
process last for 10 days and they disconnected .
I lost 6 months subscription money after disconnecting subscription . They said they will refund in user account from there I can use by activating again for fibernet connention .
Do they have any sense.
Soon this net provider is going to vanish with present day high speed internet providers with good service .
Any one thinking to pay more than 1 months In advance there is no guarantee than u can get refund or use the amount left which u paid in advance after disconnecting act fibernet.
Day by day service is getting worst .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst internet service provider..every month once or twice the network connection goes off ..we raise requests and customer service is at its worst. Multiple calls but it takes minimum but when it comes to payment even if u are one day delay they charge u extra 100 rs.
