★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we have been facing lot of problems with technical persons. Connectivity often gets disturbed and nobody responds. Very poor service. Call Centre of Jio is waste. They don't have any information with them about the status of the complaint. Speed is good but service is worst

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service. Internet stops working and I’ve been contacting the customer care for 3 days multiple times. No resolution yet. They keep saying engineer is allocated but none of them turned out.Lame excuses and if you ask more questions they will disconnect the call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jio is absolutely useless. No customer care service nothing. Wouldn't recommend. I'm canceling the one I have and would never go back to this. We moved to a different house and can't get them to install the router that we brought along. Only option is a new connection . Unable to cancel too. Jio is all about Making money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst ever experience I had. Just for new connection purposes many fake promises stating with in 24hrs installation will be completed. The same happened with me. When contacted lame excuses and another fake promise that the very next day in the first hour installation will be given. Don't even go for it. Even I'm taking my money back.
