β β β β β Very Pathetic service, today it is 9 days since I booked cylinder, paid online, no delivery, called 4 times, what is this, the lady who picks the call and asks my consumer number every time, very irresponsible and arrogant people. It is strictly advised for people who want to opt for new connection definitely avoid Aadya Indane.

β β β β β A very very clean, tidy, and beautifully maintained gas agency to my knowledge. The staff and the owner of Adhya Indane Gas Agency are very courteous and supportive. Sri Venkateshwara HP Gas Agency on MES Road near BEL Circle should learn from Adhya.

β β β β β Its been 5 days since i booked the cylinder and not yet received it.. you guys are not even picking up the calls, falls advises given everytime.. what's wrong with you guys, whom do we have to contact to complaint about this.
Delivery agents demand 40 50 Rs everytime, are they not getting paid? Do you want us to pay their salaries? Come on...
Please tell me how to raise a compliant?

β β β β β The delivery person doesn't deliver the gas on time when a call is made to him he says he will deliver in 20 mins but by the end of the day doesn't even pick up the call.It has been a week that I am calling him but the same is said every day.
I hope some action is taken against him. Name of the delivery person is Mr Krishna Murthy ..kindly see that the matter is looked into.

β β β β β Very poor customer service. Month over month, i have to follow up for my gas cylinder delivery which is there responsibility. They give delivery guy's number, who doesn't care to respond to you. Pathetic, Irresponsible, Awful customer experience. Better to go for other gas agency dealers for Kodigehalli area rather than going for Aadhya

β β β β β This is very too much bad service and they don't have manners also once customer as called there not responding also properly. Main thing is for delivery they are taking too much time almost one week. If we are asking why for delivery delay they are told silly reason like supplier not available & load are yet to come because of that they generating twice bill. They don't have suppiler why to they generate bill once generated bill supplier is not available that's not our problem so again they generate bill. Please avoid this attitude response properly with customer talking with customer in between only without intimation disconnect the call this not good behaviour.
