★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am currently staying at this place and I must say that anyone can get a plethora of things may it be the construction quality, the location, the connectivity and much more. On an whole it proves as a decent option to own a residence in an area like Vikhroli which is prone to mangroves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales persons working here are highly unprofessional, specially Raju yadav and his teammates who confirm one price for flat with you on phone, and ask you to come to the office, and once you meet them in the office they take back their words, ask to pay extra money saying that "we didnt confirm on phone, we said will try". Dont go for this builder at all, there is no uniformity in their price structure, and there is leakage in his building Pournima in vikhroli, This bulding is newly constructed by this builder. Google should add 0 star rating for this kind of people. they dont deserve one star rating also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Average quality of construction. Not good. Just look at their tiles /flooring, all tiles in flat are uneven, not in level.
Quality is average. Not worth spending more than 70 lac for 2 bhk flat in 2021.
They will tell prices in crores, but half of building is filled with slum people, EWS category people from MHADA... So take decision wisely before investing in crores.
And here 5 starts and good comments are given by their sales team members?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the builder last week for some flats on offer. These were supposed to be budget flats and individual towers. For the proposed budget flats these seem to go upto 90l all inclusive. what I didn't like about the builder was
1. No plans model displayed in the office
2. No clear identifier for outlets that they will give for sale
3. No clear confirmation on which offices the space will be leased out to
4. Construction quality of few buildings completed which can be seen from highway itself seems bit aged
5. Naming on side of buildings is a clear no no as it just brings down the building facade
6. More than 4 flats per floor and only two lifts again is bad way of designing the tower
