2- Spacing is good
3- Located in good proximity
4- Dealer is asking for premium to be charged
5- Maintenance charge needs to be checked

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ekdam bakwas, 2bhk serve no purpose, neither hal not kitchen. Just a single room is having good space. Another room is so small that is Should be called as store room. Designed very badly. No space for parking. No security of vehicle from animals like monkey and dogs. No Power backup. Maintenance too high as compared to facilites.

If we ask anything from maintenance staff they beat us .. no security guard in any tower .... 100 of monkeys in society.... People steal petrol form bike .....cheap people...worst society... Don't buy or rent flats in this society....
