They are charging highest maintenance fees and creating problems willingly for the residents.
Power cut for 4-5 hrs every night.
Poor maintenance , lift issues and cleaning issues.
Water problem

If compared with Summer Palm water here is way better not salty and clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No power backup, thy don’t even have their own electricity and use electricity of SRS Pearl Floors. Maintainance is 4000 per month mandatory with no clubhouse, no power backup, no one to listen to. The worse society to live in..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good society located inside SRS Royal Hills. It has 3 towers of 12 stories each, very well maintained and with ample car parking. Only issue is that builder has not completed 100℅ of the project like club house, swimming pool etc are left incomplete. But still society people living here are maitaining the 3 towers very well. It has more than sufficient parking, park, roads, security etc which makes it a good place to live in.
