β β β β β My first service I did here. Very small set up done by Hyundai. Didn't feel people there are knowledgeable. Better to go to their main cervice center near Graphite India road

β β β β β Rude staff - Raju. Doesn't know how to give respect to a customer. I was very upset with he passing a sarcastic comment on me in local language. But the manager mr. Bharat was a cool and helpful person.

β β β β β It appears to be a isolated place if you reach here in afternoon. No professional ism at all nither they have anu services. I went here for my car service. I was told to go to graphite branch since they only have one labour and r is busy.No official and reception people was around

β β β β β Very good experience with all professionals working here. Manager Rajeev was very professional and polite. He explained me issues clearly and he is like all rounder doing everything. May be they need some more staff to take care of other activities like billing, booking etc. Overall very good experience

β β β β β I had issue with clutch and it was getting stucked after running for sometime , I gave my car to service center hope farm Whitefield branch entire clutch system they changed even though car was only run 24000 km . issue did not get resolved and I had to send car to service center twice for same issue , I had to complain multiple time on customer care number but nothing happened , finally I had to give car to another service center and they replaced both cylinders this time and now car seems to be running fine . Service centre has incompetent workers who unnecessary billed me for 25000 rs. I will not suggest this service center to anyone.
