★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live in pcmc , Pune and I used to visit west coast of Maharashtra (Konkan region) in vacations. Konkan is worldwide famous for Alphonso, seafood and beaches. Staying there gives us very calm quiet and fulfilling experience. I wished to have the same environment in my retirement age. There started dream of small mango tree farm and village style home. And I came across a businessman who is a white collar Gunda (which I found very lately, unfortunately)
I felt prey for his sugar coated promises and false words. I felt I bought a small piece of land in his hometown and nearby area . He promised me to cultivate mango trees farm and grabbed maintenance services charges too.
But to my dismay everything he was telling and selling was fake. He had many complications in that land. It was disputed property.
With this context I visited advocate Sai Joshi. She listened me carefully twice. Collected notes and all proof of documents from me and drafted a very good case report for consumers court. Asked me to go through the draft and check all minute details. She covered all aspects. And adviced to get everything cross-check ed.
I appreciate her patients. She works very sincerely understands all our situation, pain. And gives best possible solution.
I am hoping a real justice. Due to the pandemic situation the case hearing is scheduled in next. Month. I will catch up again here with a positive outcome sooner.
