★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a very peaceful place. The main temple only opens from 10:30 am to 12pm in the morning and at 6:30pm at evening. You can submit the puja offerings at the counter and wait in a hall for the temple doors to open. No one is allowed inside the temple. You can also have bhog from 11:30am only for Rs 40(Rs 20 for children ) in the temple premises.

When you reach first confirm timing before buying Dala.
Last time I visited Temple authorised volunteers said have to wait from 12PM to 3 PM as in between it is Maa's sleeping time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After visiting Dakshineswar Kali Temple one must visit Adyapeeth as it's very divine to get a look of Maa. They even serve hot khichuri bhog at 12pm after arti.
The temple opens at 10:30am sharp and the doors close at 11am. The coupon for bhog is given at ₹50/-. One must stop by to enjoy the bhog.
