★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERY BAD customer service. I purchased a cross-trainer and I was told that it will be delivered in 3 days. After 3 days, I didn't get any message, so I called the sales person. Then he requested to wait for 2 more days. After 2 days, when I called back I was told to wait for another 5 days after which I will get a refund if it was not delivered. When they breached all the timelines, I called them for refund, but they are not even answering my calls. Never had such a bad customer experience from anywhere else.
