I have purchased a park-facing flat here.I haven't visited the site from many months due to covid restrictions but decided to go last monday but to my surprise, i saw there are 2 small buildings at park which they told is emergency-exit and 1 at side which are not there in the project model view. everyone having park facing flat should visit the site. apart from this quality seems to be good.

Property :
Location is good but other amenities and few things which were shown in sample flat, you will not get in real.(Sample and actual flat is different in case of 2 and 3 BHK).
Construction quality what they claim is not what you get in real. It is not up to standards.
People service is also not acceptable, Whatever the Post Problems people are facing are not being considered.
Main thing, reviews which are showing 5 stars are mostly from their employees and from 3rd party property dealers, who tie-ups with Affinity greens.
