2) Single room rent- 7500rs
3) Lpg rent- 200rs
4) Security amount- 7500rs
5) Lock in period- 3 months ( if you will leave the pg before 3 months Security will not be funded)
6) room keys not provided only main gate keys provided
7) meal not included
8) no power backup
9) rooms are devided with ply not wall voice collision and disturbing is really irritating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am putting this review from another ID the OWNERS THREATENED ME AND SCREAMING AT ME AT NIGHT 9 PM.. just because I posted this review I vacated this pg the at the same time even. STILL THEY DEDUCTED 3000 RS FOR MY SECURITY FOR NO REASON. THEY ARE VERY ABUSIVE BOTH HUSBAND AND WIFE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend's experience has also been useless here. The biggest issue is that these people not providing the room key. If any personal expensive item is stolen tomorrow, who will be responsible for that? These people will clearly deny that this is not our problem. And their unnecessary extra charges, even they are not providing the power backup also. They are using ply to devided the room. Both husband wife language is so cheap and abusive. Coming here was her biggest mistake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So true they are lucky to have one star. I had the worst and worst experience here. So much greedy people even though they are senior citizens. Unnecessary extra charges are levied. Not providing the room keys and unnecessarily entering into personal matter. And not giving security back by levying some useless charges. I know they will threaten me for reviewing this. But you can't deny the truth. God save from such greedy people. Don't come here please.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i wish i can give them negative points but they are lucky to have a one star. i came here with my sister for single room. they charged 7500rs, Lpg 200rs, security 7500rs (if she leaves before 3 months then its not refundable). but the worst things started now neither they gave room keys to her and for electricity they charged 14.5 per unit by saying its commercial. even more unnecessary over extra charges that do not mean anything. even once my sister's jewellery was also going to be stolen cz these people didn't provide the room keys.
at last i just want to say don't fall prey to these fraudsters.
