★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not trustworthy. I purchased floor tiles from them. At the time of purchase they told us that they will take back even a single pc. of tile if not used. But later when I tried to return one box they simply said that they do not sale that brand any more and since it was sold two months back so they will not return the tiles. We will never go to this showroom in future :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't check the reviews before dealing with this shop. My experience is just horrible. We selected certain tiles for our kitchen and 3 bathrooms after spending nearly 3 hours due to most unpleasant salesman deputed with us.He did not pay much attention to our requirements. When we finally selected certain tiles we paid for the entire lot. They promised to send the tiles in one hour. But after we reached home (30 mins ) the salesman called us to inform that tiles selected for one of the bathrooms were actually not available and will take 7 days for delivery. It was followed by numerous calls and they convinced us to accept nearly matching design. Since we had already mustered the Mason , we could not afford to waste any time on this. Finally the whole lot of tiles reached in the late evening . But next day when the work was being undertaken , we discovered to our horror and surprise few boxes of tiles different from the ones we had selected. It resulted in the unnecessary delay in the completion of work. Replacement of the wrong pattern tiles was another horrifying experience. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU SHOULD NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a NRI and ordered tiles worth Rs. 1.5 lakhs for shipping to Punjab. The tiles that we actually received were entirely different than what we selected (and paid for in advance) at the showroom and so we asked for a replacement. However, they asked me to use the same tiles that they had already sent! When I insisted, they asked me to pay for the state tax and transport (worth Rs. 15,000) again - for no fault of mine! My construction schedule was getting delayed so I reluctantly agreed. But they still did not replace some of the tiles saying that the ones I selected in the showroom were not meant for floor - complete U-turn on what they had said earlier while I was selecting the tiles! They blamed it on their salesman but being a shop, it is their responsibility to own for their staff mistakes - why should cutomer have to pay for it?? I would never again shop with them. I have used another Kajara dealer (Manimajra NAC) in the past and didn't face any issues. Stay clear of these guys if you can - they lack the honesty and prey on customer helpless-ness.

Horrible customer Experience.
I ordered the tile and made advance payment. 10 mins after I leave the store I get a call that the tile I have selected is not in production.
So I have to make another day trip to their shop to select an alternative tile. I was stuck with them coz I had paid the money.
The trouble didn't end here. They delayed the shipment by a week. They charged me 1000 more for the freight than promised. Didn't deliver all the promised goods and then I am being told that I will have to pay the 2000 freight again when the remaining good arrive.
Absolutely disgusting staff and owner. They bring a bad name to Kajaria's brand. Kajaria should establish more Ultima Range dealers in tricity to give Agarwal Bath Concepts some competition.
Stay away from the store.
