★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is fooling people with their overpriced food and tiny, actually miniscule portion sizes of chicken and mutton. honestly does not deserve even the one star. Ruined our family dinner with such shallow quantities of food. Do yourselves a favour and don't waste your money or time here ? Begining to think all the good reviews are fake

2 kabiraji, chicken Chap and biriyani .parcel took 45 mins of waiting. The guy at reception is the 1 n only hero.there .Taking order .serving at table and handling delivery .

Kabiraji they served is in diameter of koel egg and the eggs batter that fold is dipping oil .Base of fish is over salted with price of 250 and 200.
RESPECTED owner .Get some cook who actually knows the authentic dishes before he cooks and serves . I will personal never go.back to ir rest and will.not recommend ever .
Kindly stop fooling customer with such low quality food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've ordered mutton kosha from this authentic bengali restaurant today. Let's forget about authenticity, the item had an extremely foul smell, mutton pieces were at least 3-4 days preserved meat with a smell that got me puking. It's sad that they accept the order and deliver low quality item. I'm very unhappy with the experience. Thanks for spoiling my noboborsho night and I'm never gonna order from this restaurant again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of food in this restaurant has drastically fallen, so much so that i am ashamed as a Bengali to see this restaurant being tagged as bengali cuisine.
We had to wait for 1.5 hours for a table for 7. And then wait for an additional 1 hour for our starters to be served.
The main course, mutton dakbanglow, was inedible. The moment the waiter served the dish to our table we could smell the stench of spoilt food. We had to call the waiter and make him smell the food himself to ask him how this stale food is being served.
I had been to this restaurant multiple times before, but after my experience tonight, I'm disappointed to say that I'm never going back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the worst possible bengali new year! Waited for almost 2hours to get a table,which was acceptable given the rush at the place. Then after getting seated ordered drinks and starters which took thirty minutes to arrive. It was 11 30pm by then. For starters we ordered mutton cutlet,which had almost no mutton,fish kabiraji ,fish chop and fish fry which were decent, but nothing compared to what they used to serve. Before ordering mains we specifically asked the owner of the restaurant for the wait time,and she said 20mins max. So we ordered. The food arrived at 12 10,after two rounds of harsh push from our side. When it arrived,the pulao was stale,the malai curry was tasteless,the bhetki paturi was evidently basa and the mutton was stinking! So much so that some of us got nauseous and had to leave the table. Oh,also by then the owner had left and we the customers only had the single server boy as the POC. It was my fifth and last visit probably. Also my worst experience at a restaurant ever. Highly disappointed with the management.

Must try mutton kosha,luchi, Misty dohi, fish fingers, briyani, devil's dem, Ruhi kaila, Ruhi sarso.
It is located near Wakad post office. Little expensive but for once in a while it's fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a nice clean Bengali restaurant with authentic Bengali food taste. Had Luchi and mutton dak bangla with cholar dal steam rice and bhetki paturi. For starters we had fish fry and prawn kobiraji. We ended the meal with aam chatni and fried papad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In pune the place is awesome to have bengali meal. Had dinner. Was amazing the taste was wow. I had a feeling that was having a meal at kolkata. The kolkata style biryani(with aloo egg and mutton) was awesome. Ambience was good. Overall had misti doi was really authentic in taste.
