I went to exchange my 4000 rs stole and dint have the bill but I knew the time, date and value and asked them to check their computer.
it's ok if they don't want to exchange but she arrogantly told me in front of all her staff that she has seven stores and she can't put a resource to check for my bill, while I was talking politely all the while.
She even walked off in middle if conversation.
Morever, she incorrectly told me that since 20 days have passed, it can't be exchanged when actually store rules said 21 days!
She also went on to say they don't exchange stoles where I wonder why she asked for all my bill details etc.
It's ok if she doesn't have fixed policy of exchange and bends them at her convenience, but atleast be polite to the customer who loves ur stuff and buys off and on from ur store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was gifted a piece from this store. During the time of the sale the salesperson said exchange within the month. On going back two days before the said date they showed me a small print of 21days. Internationally this could mean 21 working days as well. I told them the tag and bill was intact as well the packet but NO WAY. Which world are they living in? Get real guys. No wonder there was no one in the store while the rest of the market was so busy. Pathetic salesmanship, terrible experience.....?

Shawls is the first thing that comes to mind when I hear the name Ahujasons but besides shawls they have stoles, scarves, throws and also suits. They have a great selection of men's shawls and scares. They fittingly call themselves "King of wools". I also like that fact that they value husbands ? ?
