★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Aikatan Cultural Center is a part of Eastern Zonal Cultural Center [EZCC] and is located at Salt Lake just opposite to the EZCC center.
There was a wonderfully organised display of a wide range of artistic works, including painted-pots, wall-hangings, wax-tapestry, bamboo-works, leather-bags with embroideries etc.
All the articles sold here were quite cheap and also I had the opportunity of directly interacting with the artisans and craftsmen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Kolkata Mini Maker Faire 2018 was held here,on 18th November. The place is nice...but not properly maintained. The toilets are not at all in good condition.

The place is large enough to accommodate 130+ stalls along with a stage ..
This place also has washroom facility..
I would give 9/10 marks for the cleanliness of this place..
So in short this place is ideal for picnic spots and also for making stalls for any event..
