Within week 4-5 days interest get disconnected. They have customer care no but to discuss your issue you have to call 7-8 times. Your issue will get solve after 2-3 hours as they are very busy. I found its worst service ever seen. My suggestion is never go with airlink.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using Air link in Rabale and initial 2 yrs were good but from last one year the service has been awfully pathetic, staff is very rude and unprofessional. Staff do not have basic manners. Service quality have went down. My internet is down from last 3 weeks and no one picks the phone nor no one is available in office. Worst part is that there is no other service provider in Airoli. Airlink is on the verge of lossing loyal customers. ( Replace the staff hire some one who is professional) good bye.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst internet service provider. Almost all weekend their server is down. When you call them they will never pickup your call.
If the server is down, you will not get days extended in your pack. The only reason I am using their service is because no other ISP is in my area.
Not recommended at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have the absolute WORST internet service.
They never pick up calls and worst customer service. Even though you are subscribed to unlimited plan of 20 Mbps, you feel like you are using 2G mobile network. Half the day there wont be any internet connection and you need to call them for the same and then they turn it on.
And they have no courtesy to also pick up calls
People who are living in Rabale, Ghansoli, please avoid this service for your best

Always keep on saying their machine is burnt. The cost is 25000. How come every week they are paying 25000 and buying new machine. All bloody liers. Since last 10 days not picking up the phone. Their phone is switched off. Every week 3-4 days interest get disconnected. They have customer care no but to discuss your issue you have to call 7-8 times. Your issue will get solve after 2-3 days and some time 5 to 7 days as they are very busy. I found its worst service ever seen. My suggestion is never never go with airlink. It is waste service!!

Pathetic service, non- responsive operators.
Not one weekend when I can use their services.
Recently they "upgraded" their systems and things got even worsea
During these times,I when work from home is the only option, the speed I get is 0.07 to 0.1 Mbps that opttoo andafter lots of disconnection and reconnection. Apparently i am using rather paid for 30Mbps plan
