★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being an ISP, they do not provide support when actually needed. I have spent 2-3 days in past to get internet restored. Now in Lockdown, the internet is down for 2nd time for more than 2 days. All the given numbers for support are either switched off or no agent available. Local support engineer is not answering the call. Email information sent for no internet is not responded.
Please open a grocery store, then you can close your shop as and when you want to. And nobody will complain about your services.
Pay monthly or quarterly if you are getting their service for first time to see how they perform in your area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service provider. Very very bad experience, very much unprofessional behaviour.
I kept on Calling service providers to fix the issue but no one responded, there local workers are even worst they will not listen your query and won't even respond. I had 1 year subscription but eventually I had to quit before that because nothing was working.
I didn't want to give even a single star but no option for that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have taken prepaid half yearly plan owing to their service and now we get connectivity issue every two days in a week.
Especially in this scenario of work from home, we hardly get any response from the customer service or Sankesh. The contact number provided by them are not at all working nor they respond to our message or calls. Its highly non cooperative service. They are not at all customer centric.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na Internet milega na support milega , once done with installation and receiving payment from customers, Threesa broadband was like FIBER CUT HUA HAI 5 din net band rahega, backend me issue hai, switch ka light gaya hai, etc aise ghatiya reason deke week me 2 days, months me 10 days and "1 year" me "120 day" minimum, i.e. equal to 3 months net down rahega , and eventually at the end customer will realise money ? scam was going on with him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is poor quality Internet from threesa they are not solving the error of internet fluctuations and they are telling only you have to change your wire and if we change the wire they will charge 3000 to 4000 Rupee
I have share the internet fluctuations error screen shot below.
I am doing my job work from home from mobile internet instead of this third class internet.
my subscription is one year and i want yo stop this service but they are not refund money back
I have taken this service from last month now 11 month is remaining.
Please don't buy this internet once they get the money from customer they will not refund back.
If customer wanted to stop the services from threesa.
please don't buy internet from them they are making fool to every customer.
