We Are Unhappy for the persistent issues regarding disconnection faced on a daily basis it's quite annoying to face such an issue when we are continuously paying for internet service it's a professional loss as we are working from home, School ? studies are also hampered due to poor connection and negligence towards complaints faced by us. Other subscribers are also facing similar issues whatapp snapshot will be shared in another tweet. Either resolve or we change.

If anyone can ask me about getting new internet connection i would say never go for ION.even if they are giving 1gbps at 10rs..never. Ever think to go for ION.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been having network stability issues for a few months now where I loose connection for a minute every hour or less. Impossible to attend online classes. Call centre has only one response "switch off router, wait 5 mins and switch on". Would not recommend.

After one week they will show you the real face they will tell you to download ion app and complain over there .customer care will take too much time to pick your after calling several times they will pick up your call register your complaint and 24 hrs to resolve your problem this things happen 2/3 days in a week.they installation service is fast thats why i stuck in this situation. Really ion Broadband is waste of money .
