★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Subscribed to 10 Mbps plan, not even getting 1 Mbps. Unable to even browse, all videos buffer keep on buffering. Last 15 days registered more than 10 complaints to Tikona, after 4 hours reply comes issue resolved. Worst internet, worst service, worst call center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very very bad experience. They don't care about customers. I have paid total amount bt they are not making connection. Even they don't knw how to talk with customers. Before making connection they are treating me like this so God knows after connection what will happen. One more, named with "sandeep" He doesn't care about customers, he talked me with very rudely they just wanted us to begging for making connection.

I contacted one of the service representative. he gave me some plans, out of which i selected 3 months plan. i provided him all the required document and was following up with him for its installation from last 15 days, everyday he is saying today engineer will visit (Which never happens), today when i call them to check the final status he told me that as you are living in rented property you have to select 6 months plan. Why man why 6 month..? any way i am going to pay advance for 3 months then what is their problem to provide 3 months services for tenants. if 3 month options is not available for tenants then why they have this plan mentioned in their offerings, why the provider took my documents and registered me at tikona.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They asked for money, paid, and then they say you have to pay extra to get it done. Apparently they have no idea how much their own plans cost. Total miscommunication in all departments. We had to call them and ask what's the delay to get this pathetic reason. After multiple requests for refund they finally had to get a rude call center executive to inform us it'll take 15 to 30 working days to get OUR money back. So be careful. They're after your money and will hold on to it for as long as possible giving pathetic reasons.

Never seen such hopeless and worthless service provider in my life. I'll suggest to take internet connection from local service provider. Worst service ever. #worstservice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very pathetic service and customer support. When raised any case it got resolved without providing any type of solution. Very low speed not even browse their my tikona app. Nobody will support you after getting new broadband connection. Recommended to go for alternative. Waiting for response from customer care since a week after logging so many cases. This speed is for 10MBPS unlimited plan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a very bad experience of tikona(Worst tikona service). I paid 4700 Rs for the connection. There technician came and said that connection is not possible. Later on there manager said that we have cancelled the connection the refund will be done after 45 days. its 80 days no refund. And customer care is not responding at all. We are following up through mail no response. Please do not take tikona connection its worst service will make ur life hell.
