★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lathergic attitude. Very poor service. Gets closed down by 8:30pm ( very unline the Vodafone Mini Store of Uttarpara). Inspite, of 3-4 executives at stores , they are not at all pro-active in assisting customer. Showcasing closing down time, they asks to revisit again next day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very ordinary. Only basic services are provided. Staff members need serious training. One of them was desperately trying to sell a mobile set to somebody who was visibly not interested. The seller was so desperate and pitching in such high volume that he was actually irritating the potential customer and others present in the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst stores i have visited. Won't give you a solution instead they will try to create confusion by giving you misinformation.
I went with the same sim related issue to another airtel store in Kolkata. It was solved in a minute
