★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst service center. The people are judgemental. Moreover the center people have hardly any knowledge about the products or the schemes being sold.
The people don't attend properly.
Last time I went, I felt harassed. And even I did complain to their registered complaint email id.
Somehow I feel that the associates at this center have become complacent.
Sadly now I don't visit this store for their attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give them ZERO star. They could not activate a reissued SIM even after 38 hours and innumerable complaints. The store was so negligent that they did not even create the order for SIM activation and the call centres are always helpless and try to cut a sorry picture. Absolutely ridiculous state of affairs..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though this airtel store can be termed much better than some of the others, but sometimes it takes too much time to complete the requests of customers and the amount of personnel available to help is less at times.
But overall they provide good solutions and are really helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is filled with cheap sales people who don't live up to their after sale promises. They specifically HARASS SENIOR CITIZENS. This includes, but is not limited to, porting numbers from other connections.
