★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is average resort for day tour or a family function.
It has spacious ambience which includes stage, lawn, swim pool, kitchen and dining area. There are 10 rooms means 20 people can stay at a time.
Rooms are ok, washrooms are also clean and electric heaters are fit in.
Upsides are - Peaceful location, away from main Mumbai traffic, spacious and service is ok.
Downsides- Far from main market and Mumbai, for any medical emergency you will have to drive for 30 min. Not a plush resort.

Rooms were quite good. Room service was ok.
Food had a good taste. Swimming pool was not clean.
In Evening can visit to Morbe Dam which is 2kms from resort, an good attraction with sunset view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful place. Located in a very desolate remote corner, accessibility is an issue due to bad road conditions, but the place is really nice. Massive area and very well lit up at night. Lush green lawns and pretty cool environment. Pool area open all night long and very courteous staff. Power failures in the area are way too frequent. Generator backup available, but sudden power failures throughout the night are troublesome. Not many mosquitoes like other resorts, but quite a lot of insects everywhere. Food quality was very nice and rooms spacious. Water quality though is not that great. But for a per head rate of 1600/- for a night including breakfast and two meals, it's totally worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had booked this place but couldn't stand there for a moment. Its not a resort, its just ugly and unmaintained rooms with a pool. The rooms are very small and totally not worth a penny.
These guys ask for advance amount for booking and I understand why. You can't just stay there, you will leave after seeing it and these guys make easy money. We were a group of 7 bachelors and still couldn't stay there and we decided to let go our deposit money and moved out from there.
