★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would suggest people not to shop from this place. The material what they show is totally different than what they deliver (they give the cheapest material). The fitting of the dress was so poor that inspite of getting it altered from them 3 4 times, it wasn't proper. The owner is so unethical and thinks he is giving away the dress for free. He was so rude and doesn't know how to talk to customer. They take money in advance but not deliver what is expected from them. So disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a disaster and the work they deliver to their clients is opposite to what they show to them (samples they have in the store). I had the worst experience ever , the guy who owns this place gives false promises to the customers. I would never recommend this place , kindly do not waste your time and energy because their work is hideous. They couldn’t fix my outfit after revisiting them 4-5 times and finally today I have to get the money refunded just 4 days before my wedding. Please to be brides , do not risk and trust this place. I wish I would have seen the rating before trusting and going to them. THIS PLACE IS A WASTE OF SPACE and the owner is obnoxious person who doesn’t care about his customers and their expectations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an extremely bad experience. The material of the dress was very poor and was nothing like the sample piece they showed. They were very rude. They wouldn’t exchange the dress and didn’t have any sense of speaking to customers. I would suggest you not to buy anything from them. The dress I had ordered turned out to be such a disappointment and when I complained they wouldn’t even fix my problem, instead they acted like they were giving off the dress for free. It was total waste of money!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came across this store while I was looking for outfits for my cousins wedding. The collection was great & I ended up picking outfits for all the functions from here itself. The staff was sweet and were happy to accommodate the customisations that I wanted. The outfits were made on time and fitted me perfectly. Overall it was a good experience and I'll visit them again soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible experience with them. The worst. I had purchased a ball gown for my sister's reception from them, a sample fabric was sent to me but then the fabric used for the gown was different ! The dress was so so horrible with so many issues. I couriered it to them 3 times to fix the issues (it was long, the box pleats went falling the way they were supposed to, it was super loose, the work was literally falling off!) but it came back every time without it being fixed. When I informed the owner of the same, he got extremely rude and said that he won't make any further changes (no changes were made to speak of) and spoke very badly and then hung up. The dress was really expensive and we had made the entire money upfront. Do not trust this store and do not buy anything from the. The dress we have right now is unwearable. Never had this kind of experience before from a reputed store. Terrible store. I am short of words to describe how extremely rude they wer . Save your money, and go to a store that actually values their customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried an outfit at the store and then after a month I was sent something else ! Literally 3 days close to my wedding the sales person Raju and the owner both were extremely rude and pathetic to have a conversation with. I literally cried over the phone and they still did not change their ugly tone.
Blocked my numbers and then I had to send someone to the store.
I asked them to send me the sample piece which I tried and after a lot of struggle they agreed once my parcel reached the store they denied to do so and said take the money we can't give this so 3 days before my wedding this is what they did to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service. Absolutely unprofessional behaviour by the staff. Even though the designs are decent but would never recommend anyone due to worst staff and even in the clothes we had to request repeated alterations and had to follow up numerous times for delivery
