This place made my friends Engagement lehenga. Fitting of the top was screwed up and she ended up having a wardrobe malfunction that we couldn't fix or hide- NO BRIDE SHOULD EVER GO THROUGH THIS. What is bad is a series of events that talks of their unprofessionalism. Firstly, they agreed on a price while booking, later refused to stick to it blaming it on the staff who no longer worked there. Secondly, multiple fittings later too, the off shoulder lehenga top never sat well. Finally, unresponsiveness. Biggest negative for any business. Mistakes can be forgiven, but when unacknowledged it shows lack of ethics.

They also have the audacity to argue with customers after screwing up and have little to none in terms of patience to take any constructive feedback.

Your clothes are phenomenal and service above par .I asked to exchange an item for different size and when the item was not available in the store the salesgirl promptly contacted designer and the item was delivered next day . Thanks for making such high quality , fun loving apparels at sensible price.

1. The cloth and colour they agreed on was not the same which was delivered to me.
2. The price they initially agreed on was changed. They put the blame on their salesperson who was no longer an employee there.
3. Measurements were just not correct and I had to go for multiple trials. On my D-day, i had a horrendous wardrobe malfunction.
4. My mother and I were asked to wait for hours as they were still making my dress though I had given the order 3 months before.
Horrendous experience and do not trust Sonam for timely response to any of the emails and messages.
Above all, she had the audacity to delete mine and other reviews from her facebook page.
