Poor fitting.
It tools 6 trials to fit a blouse.
Delivery was promised to be complimentary but they dint pay the delivery guy and stopped taking my calls after that.
Pathetic experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bed experience .they promised us to give three dress on 10 th nov , but did not even delivere to 19 , I order my drap saree and blouse without sleeves they make it in only with step last moments they give us blouse without sleeves but it’s wet and not in proper finesh , even work is not proper finish on my shoulder area . my Saree is 3-4 inch loose ,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service and complete unprofessionalism. Delayed the delivery of the outfit by nearly 10 days despite multiple reminders. Fitting was very poor. Did not create the outfit as per the exact measurements and designs that were agreed upon at time of order. Although all designs are practically similar, they still can't execute them to perfection.
Please avoid this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Shop. We ordered 3 dresses. They did not deliver it even after 10 days of commitment date when they knew that we are coming from Chandigarh to pick the dresses. The owner is just rude. She was busy in eating her meals. She doesn't care even for her failed commitments or customer harassment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Rekha and Karan are cheat and frauds, do not book any dresses with them if you value your time and money. We have also filed police complaint against them for cheating and fraud on which they denied to come to police station and even misbehaved with police official. A copy of same lies in Shahpur Jatt police station and DCP office. These are shameless people who only knows lies, cheating, stealing, we have call records, whatsapp chats everything against them, they took money from us and cheated us, FRAUDSS! We paid them advance of Rs40000/- for a designer ball gown for which they quoted final price as Rs85000/- . We also told them the deadline in advance but the dress was not ready in time and was made of very cheap material, not according to our requirements, fitting was pathetic and they made us wait 2.5 hours in the store for that pathetic outfit, they are no designers and they will never share a catalogue with you because they don't have one, they will get the dress stiched from any tailor and will force you to buy that dress and also will fight with you. They booked the order mentioning that they can create anything in given time and asked us to share pictures from google for the type of ballgown we want and it was so disgusting that after the event they messaged us to collect the dress which was not worth of Rs85000/- in any way. They are very unprofessional and rude, we are not the only one cheated by them, there are many, check their google reviews. If you want to save your hard earned money and time and don't want to spoil your precious moments and occassions don't go to them, they are the worst designers of Shahpur Jatt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever! They do not have any experience on how to deal with customers. Will delay the delivery of clothes multiple times. Put false allegations blaming customers.
They didn’t have anything to show me on the delivery date of the outfit and I had to visit the store 4-5 times just for trials. The fitting was really poor and it looked as though the outfit had been stitched to the wrong measurements.
Even after multiple visits, they made us wait for 4 hours on 2 days. Their customer service is pathetic and are completely unapologetic.
Never had such a bad experience with any other store in shah pur jaat.
They need to really work on their customer service, fittings, trial and delivery dates.
Paying exorbitant prices for poor outfits at this place. They agreed that the outfit is not as per the one agreed upon but nothing can be done about it - just shows they’re ignorant of their mistakes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have zero experience on how to deal with customers. No idea how their store is still running. They have been delaying dresses for more than 2 weeks now. Even then they blame the customer for their own incompetence. Why take orders when you can't fulfil them by your own deadline ?
Would recommend anyone with even a little self-respect to try other places. They will only waste your time and money.
