Once you pay any advance , they don't even care about your stuff, rather they'll stop picking your calls.
Had a real bad time with the guy who sits at the store, he is extremely rude and behaves badly , he'll promise you something and gives you a real cheap stuff.
There are far better designers out there plz don't waste your time and money with these kind of people.
DISSAPOINTED!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor customer service if they have one. Bought stuff and not received it yet..people BEWARE!
We went there on Nov 24th and gave a suit for alteration. Heard the guy there do all sweet talk about giving it on 29th and how professional they are, since my aunt was leaving for US on 5th. Reached there on Dec 1st and its not there. Then a promise that it will reach us by 2nd or 3rd. Called them on 4th and he is like- we have handed it over to the courier company and not our responsibility anymore. How unprofessional can you get! Sell such so called designer stuff but NO MORAL RESPONSIBILITY to ensure we at least get it on time. Now my aunt has gone back and we'll have to courier it to her

I have even recommended her to many of my friends and they have bought plenty of times. She is one of the finest n talented in the business. I am really satisfied with there timely deliveries and amazing quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible designer beware of her. They lure you into the store by showing you good stuff but the finished stuff is a complete disaster. They completely spoiled my sister in laws engagement outfit at the last moment. The bride to be was in so much mental trauma. They have hired the most incompetent and unprofessional staff that doesn’t know how to take measurements. There is no tailor or owner present at the store to help with the issues. The two girls there don’t have any clue about fitting or finishing. The blouse they stitched was so ill fitted and shabby. Despite of three trials they couldn’t get it right. Please use your money elsewhere. This store is a complete disaster
