Worst ever experience with any boutique.... The piece I was delivered and tried were completely different.. The owner is too sweet while you purchase a garment but that's it.. No responsibility after payment has been made.. Pathetic service

Preeti Singhal is a total fraud. Her store Violet is just as fraud. She is an uneducated lady - no, an uneducated retard who has no sense of doing business. Takes your money, does not give the exact fabric as she originally showed you, gives you sample clothing only after dry cleaning (claiming it is new), does not return phone calls or SMSes. The staff is very very unfriendly, pathetic, uneducated, has no sense of fabric. You can see funny retarded photos of her in her studio - she is just a middle aged aunty trying to be a fancy lady but she is failing miserably. 10-15 awards in her studio - all manufactured and ordered by herself. She is running a scam. It is no surprise that she has been beaten by stupendous other boutiques and designers in the area. Preeti Singhal, I am sorry for your loss, but you are a nobody to this industry :)

I visited her in March 2017 for post wedding outfits. My biggest mistake was we trusted her that she will design everything as per her sample outfits. All I can say is that I had the worst experience professionally and personally in my life. I have wasted nearly 70k INR or probably around 1300USD at her store. It took around 15 trips to her store to get same outfit altered. Preeti Singhal is away most of the times and leaves the store with some unprofessional staff who call themselves as fashion designers (disasters probably). Once you have paid her the money in advance, she won't bother working on your order. I didn't receive any of my outfits in designer cases or bags. Her only excuse was the cases were finished and she is waiting for new order to come in (15 times 15 trips, same story). She changed designs on three out of my four (4) orders without my consent. She agreed to replace two (2) of them since I had pictures as proof. On my third outfit she replaced it with some cheaper quality replica with less patch work claiming it as hand work. She disagreed to have done that and I couldn't argue more with a fool since I forgot to click pictures. When one of her staff members almost agreed that she has changed my outfit she manipulated her words. She is mannerless and doesn't know how to talk even to her customers. Yes she was violent with me and my friend. When I tried to capture her violent and rude behavior on my camera, she called some local cops (probably paid them) to get those videos deleted. She blamed us for capturing her outfits in the video as a matter of privacy concern and someone might copy her designs. (Like seriously she markets her outfits as Manish Malhotra replica?). A guy named Sachin usually runs her store in her absence and he is a very well trained puppet. Later when we left her store after the ugly dispute, we met three of her ex-employees who came to us and informed that we were not the first ones to face this issue. She had done this with almost every customer in the past but only few gathered courage to fight back. PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM THIS STORE OR IF YOU DO MAKE SURE TO TAKE PICTURES AND PAY AFTER YOU ARE FULLY SATISFIED WITH YOUR OUTFITS.
