★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service from the staff.. they don't answer the call and then once answered never give a proper update.. I have personally seen the staff ignoring the clients call intentionally coz they haven't completed the order and then they lie .. it's same happening with me ... I will never suggest anyone to go and purchase from this store ever.. 1st and the last time I have shopped from here.. super delay in delivering order ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worse ever experience I had. I bought three suits which were of such bad quality that it got torn off in one wear only. Its the most pathetic shop I have ever been to. Please dont buy clothes from here. It complete wastage of money. I wish I could give negative stars to it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a dhoti from their gk showroom. I was very very categorical as to the colour I wanted. I specifically said I want the one that the maniquine is wearing. The help there, gave me a different colour instead. The next day or so I went to exchange it, the owner being courteous enough agreed to change. However the help checked the piece and refuse to change because it had a spot and not to forget I didnt wear it once. I said if they cant change they can give me the kurta with the dhoti. But to my utter shock they didn’t have anything matching,when asked they said it isn’t the one maniquine was wearing. I had to leave the piece there and then without they giving my money back. the people working there are so impolite, manereless, incompetent and incapable of nuturning to the needs of people. They gave me a shoddy piece as well as they gave me wrong colour. It was most disappointing experience ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a lehenga for my reception worth 75k. It is nowhere near to what I was promised. When I am trying to get in touch with them to get an answer, they are not responding. Now that I am reading reviews from others I am realising that it has been same kind of feedback from others too. They go to as much extent that they gave me an appointment of Sunday when they are actually closed. Frauds totally!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased a lehenga from them and the fittings were at absolute ridiculousness. It would not be wrong to say that it’s looking like an expensive petticoat so to say!!
We cant wear it anywhere and these guys refuse to connect on calls or give appointments! NOT GOING TO RECOMMEND

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there was a rating lower than this I would have given that. They do not deserve even 1 star. Please do not spoil your wedding function because of them. They will ditch you at the end moment. They told me on the delivery date of my outfit that there is no fabric available. They even did not pick my calls after that And I had to visit the shop to get my refund.
Even after that they were too egoistic to not acknowledge that they made a mistake. Please do not trust them as they will ruin your day!
