Namsthe ? Yogini Dr. Praveena Madam and Master Samhith Sir? Please don't consider this as feedback . I'm providing the information to help others, whoever is looking for expert counciling , meditation, Therapies and YOGA. 5 years ago , we approached for my son's issue. He (age - 8 ) had been suffering with unknown fear. Some physiological issue. Not able to sleep properly. Can't saty alone. Always check for parents . If parents not available for some time, starts crying. Madam & Sir were conducted just 3 counsiling Sessions and resolved the issue. Recent issue: Feb & Mar 2022 We approched Madam & Sir again for My wife's issue. She is keep on correlating all negative actions in & around and feels that some thing is going to happen to her. Unknowingly accepting the STRESS and started fear and not able to sleep. Whenever fear comes , some portion of the body gets pains , pulling , weakness. Consulted the Doctor and performed complete medical tests . All reports were normal. She knows scooter driving . Since 2 years did not ride even once. Recently I forced her to give a try. She tried but too much fear. No confidence at all. In addition to that severe body pains because of fear and stress. Finally she realised that, it may be physiological realted issue and better to consult physiatrist. Later , we recollected our son's issue and success story. Then we approached Madam and Sir. Sir conducted one counciling session and instructed her to attend meditation. Just after one session, I can see a clear change her confidence level / face expression. So happily she started attending meditation sessions. After attending the "Jivopanished" sessions ( just 2 classes), she started attending the sessions by droving the scooter alone. (Earlier not even drive in parking area.) I hope above information is helpful to others. I strongly recommend to attend the sessions to improve yourself in different aspects. Thank You?

With these 10 to 11 days of meditation benefits I am full of energy and not tired and I do even get good sleep sometimes I feel very happy not lazy to work thank you so much guruji ??โค

It was awesome session.. I just completed my 11 days session mediation session.. Normally I am very short tempered, always shouting to the core for simple things as well. So I just wanted to give a try with medidation. From 8 th day of session, i started noticing a lot of changes in my mind.. I started making myself happy everytime. I had stress at the beginning which indicated when I was inhaling i was tucking my tummy and when breathing out i was blowing out. But that's not normal thing it was different from others.. but after 8 th day when i inhale I can blow out, when I exhale I can tuck my tummy.. that's the biggest change ... Also I noticed my sleeping pattern changed, even though it's a short sleep, I feel relaxed and energetic throughout the day ( I am working in night shift ofcourse). My thoughts are started changing which means even if i get some disappointments , that's not changing my state of mind. I accept it and ignore it sometimes.. I never listened opposite people talk before, but now i started listening opposite persons points and started observing and finding the best solution whatever doesn't affect my state of mind. It's hard to believe everything but Big yes it's all true in these 11 days.. I was the one who asks so many questions , even it's dumb questions sometimes, he was very calm and explained all thing very clearly whatever my concern. The course is too good and is designed in a way which is easy to follow. Now I can analyse my thoughts which I wan not able to do before because of which got anxiety, stress and BP issues. Have been doing meditation from a month and i feel lots of energy, confident than before and from few days i am not feeling anxious or stressed for anything. Master has made it easy for us and the theory part is what I liked the most and used to wait eagerly for. A great course and worth of investment of both time and money. Thank you Samhith sir.

Meditation- Attended d course to relieve stress, anxiety, depression. Results : Had an amazing experience and gained a lot of knowledge in a short span of 10 days,could see a lot of differences after this meditation course and I feel great to have located the centre and a right guru Samhith ji. The meditation also helps you with breathing techniques. Thanks a lot Samhith ji for sharing your knowledge throughout the 10 days course. After this meditation course I feel more relaxed, confident, active and energetic. Breathing techniques are well explained and thought during the course. The meditation course is designed in a very nice way, including theory and step by step procedure of proper meditation. The teacher explained in a clear and realistic way. He made us feel doing meditation is so easy. (Earlier i thought it is difficult to do meditation). Investing time for the class made my holiday well spent. Now I feel more confident and can analyse my thoughts before acting.
