I tried doing yoga at a couple of places with a couple of instructors earlier but I can say that vijayendra sir is class apart. What makes him stand out is, he understands what your as-is situation quickly, evaluates what is the comfortable pace for you with which you can progress further to improve your flexibility and health, without losing interest. Every session with him gives me a lot of satisfaction when I compare myself with what I used to be earlier. He mastered the art of keeping our interest intact which is the key in keeping anyone's yoga journey succesful.

I am attending Vijendra Master’s session for 8 months now. He is no less than a doctor. He possess ample of experience and knowledge. He customized the practice in a way to benefit his students more and I am seeing great changes physically and mentally. Meditation, breathing, asanas/kriyas to cleanse the body, build strength and flexibility...which covers everything to give the best results.

I have been attending Vijay sir yoga session's close to 6months, I must say the best thing happened to me in 2020 is joining his sessions. Though our sessions are virtual, Sir's yoga program is well structured and he runs it with great interest, attention to individual and keeps correcting his students mistakes. Basically he care's and enjoys training the students :). Thank you so much Sir. I am very happy to have you as my yoga master.

I have been attending Vijayendra Master's online session for past 5 months, and I would like to share my experience. I would first like to thank you for all your patience and guidance. You are excellent! The way you teach, especially the way you plan daily practice are interesting, very efficient and challenging, which is really motivating and I have started implementing yoga in my everyday life routine and I hope i am consistent about it. This 5 months of yoga practice has brought in many changes, it has strengthened, my emotions, physical strength and mentality. Apart from our Wednesday session on meditation, I have started meditating (sitting in silence and concentrating my breathing) on my own atleast for 30min whenever possible. The practice of closing our eyes when doing asanas as improved my patience and concentration. Thank you once again ?

I have been practicing Yoga under Sir for the past one and a half year now. When I started out it was a bit tough for me but gradually my body started adapting to the asanas and suryanamaskars. What is interesting about Vijayendra Sir, is that all the 5 day yoga practices are different and unique in their own way. Meditation, breathing, asanas/kriyas to cleanse the body, build strength and flexibility, cardio exercises, SuryaNamaskars, Ashtanga A and B exercises, all contribute towards a wholesome healthy mind and body. I have never felt so healthy and fit both mentally and physically. The breathing exercises as well as meditation has made me more patient and improved my concentration. He also teaches us on how to manage your emotions and how to react when things are difficult. He also guides you on how you can manage to do yoga while you are working and have some breaks in between. Chair exercises, standing exercises you name it and he knows how to guide you. Thank you Sir for I have greatly benefited from all this, and would continue to learn more from you.

Good Day Sir(Vijayendra) I would like to share a feedback about my progress in Yoga. It's been almost 6 months of continuous Practice with your guidance and I can see huge difference in my over all physical health. The lower back pain has reduced progressively and I feel lot comfortable with my Lower back. The core is stronger now. Earlier to Yoga, I could not sit in the floor without leaning on to something. But now I can sit comfortably in floor without any support. Added to it, can see improvement in flexibility of my entire body, especially the right shoulder(had frozen shoulder problem). The flexibility is so good that I can feel free rotation of arms while playing badminton game. Thanks to your excellent training and guidance sir ??????

I would like to mention few words about this yoga centre.....This seems to be the best yoga centre…the master is so flexible and understands each and every individual's capacity and always motivates and help each individual to progress according to their standards.......he helps us to understand the poses perfectly with his clear cut verbal explanation and corrects our posture when needed.i would recommend ppl to join here because he is non commercial Yoga master.....The best part of this centre is the relaxation technique that he instructs and we are taken to different world to enjoy the pure bliss in silence. Thank you Master!!!

"Jivatma yoga shaale", one of the best yoga center's in Banaswadi. Vijay is a dedicated teacher, gives individual attention, gives suggestions on smooth techniques of yoga postures and meditation which inturn creates positive energy & calmness. I have tried demo classes at multiple yoga studios before this. But what makes this studio special is obviously none other than Vijay, his techniques to help us learn/heal and listening to individuals to understand their situation/problem, evaluates it quickly and teaches us yogasana on those lines. He also motivates us to a great extent and helps in improving our flexibilty, helps in managing stress, gives different techniques to deal with the problem and many more .When you come to practice, each class is very different with new sets of asanas ,cardio , meditation , relaxation.!..Overal he is no less a doctor ...
