★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I searched for my 14 year old Siemens washing machine for shock absorber failure, I saw all 5 star ratings, and couldn't believe. But as it is close to my home, called them. PERFECT is the best way I can describe their service. They delayed for 2 days as the required components were not available. But after that they fixed promptly. Just need little bit improvement in conveying the customer about delays.

We had washing machine to repair we seen gud rating and we called for service .. the service person reached us within one hour then he checked and he told us there is problem in board need to take this board and get it serviced Tommrow after that more then 10 days over and we keep calling the service person Finally he told this can't repaired

Overall good service.
I recommend it.

Explained the fault in the machine clearly and showed the spare parts available and charges are explained upfront clearly.
Really recommended for all repair services.

He did not suggest anything unnecessary. Fixed the problem with just the service charge. I give him 10 out of 5 rating. Very hard to find such true service in Bangalore.
