Alcove (Promoter ) is mismanaging and misapprpriating funds of Diamond City North Residents Association through illegally and fraudulently appointed directors in DCNRA without any AGM and has never given any financial statement since its incorporation since 2007 till date continuing. Initially they had issued shares among themselves and then after some year they transferred those share to residents without executing share transfer form. all norms of company act grossly violated.
